Principle of function

The Schmidt-Kupplung coupling is a compactly built coupling for precise torque transmission of extremely radially offset shafts. The shaft offset can be changed both at rest and while running under load, to any value within the required permissible swivel range. In this process, permanent angle-synchronous transmission is ensured regardless of the shaft offset height. From one drive to the other, they operate permanently in synchronisation, with no phase shift.

Standard S Line- combination of performance and compact design

The Standard line combines performance, compact design and great offset options. The Standard line is available for nominal torques up to 2,875 Nm and for radial offset up to 115 mm.

Different hub shapes can be combined as required
There are 3 different hub shapes to choose from. The tension hub version provides backlash-free shaft/hub connection and high friction torques for applications with frequent impact torques. This version suitable for flanging allows short-length integration into customer-specific add-on parts.
In addition, a hub version for positive-locking torque transmission with keyway and setscrew is available.
Different hub shapes can be combined as required and thus precisely and individually adapted to the specific requirements.
